v  Nominations for “2011 Volunteer of the Year” are now being accepted. The nomination must be in writing and signed; must be submitted by someone other than a close family member , that being a parent, grandparent, aunt/uncle, sibling, or child, and must be a resident of Trochu or area who has not previously received this award. An event to Celebrate our volunteers will be held Sunday afternoon April 15 to kick off National Volunteer Week; more information will follow.
