Clome and visit us at the Sweetgrass Café, operated by Suzanne Sinclair and her family, it is the place to eat in Trochu!  Menus change daily with entrees ranging from homemade soup and sandwiches to baked salmon and double baked potatoes.  Try the nachos with fresh guacamole, homemade salsa and sour cream – yum.  Call Suzanne at 403-442-2111 for daily specials.

The Dr. Hay Interpretive Centre has been transformed into a dining room perfect for a lunch meeting, get together with friends or a romantic dinner for two.  Or you can enjoy the sounds of nature and have your lunch under the umbrellas on our deck.

Sweetgrass Café winter hours are Wednesday, Thursday and Friday 11:00 am to 3:00 pm, as always dinners are available by reservation.  Why not make the Sweetgrass Cafe your holiday destination during the Christmas season and have Suzanne make you the perfect festive meal, the one you don't have to make yourself!  Please call for dinner reservations at 403-442-2111.  Take out orders are available, but there is no delivery at this time.
